Hand and Wrist Therapist for Musculoskeletal Services
Salary: £37,996 – 45,596 (dependent on skill and experience) pro-rata
Flexible, part-time and sessional work will be considered
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a dynamic new service offering a community based musculoskeletal service to the population of Brighton and Hove.
This innovative Allied Health Professional led service model will be based in primary care forging strong links with GPs and secondary care Consultants. Successful candidates will act as autonomous practitioners within a supportive clinical environment and utilise advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose and manage a complex clinical caseload.
Training and support will be provided by the Consultant Physiotherapist and Nurse clinical leads together with our secondary care Orthopaedic colleagues. Audit, research and service development will be actively encouraged and supported.
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated professionals able to demonstrate competency in upper limb rehabilitation, within the field of musculoskeletal medicine. Ideally you will also have injection training and experience.
