Delegate sends a holding cheque to BAHT as per form

Once we've received the holding cheque, BAHT will send a booking code to the delegate to book their ticket on Eventbrite

BAHT raises an invoice to the Trust and the delegate's cheque gets destroyed once BAHT has received payment.
